How do you say thank you in Georgian?

Thank you in Georgian is "მადლობა" (madloba). For a warmer version you can say "დიდი მადლობა" (didi madloba), which means thank you very much.

How do you say hello in Georgian?

Hello in Georgian is "გამარჯობა" (gamarjoba). Good morning is "დილა მშვიდობისა" (dila mshvidobisa), and to say cheers over a glass of wine you say "გაუმარჯოს" (gaumarjos).

Do you need to speak Georgian to travel in Georgia?

Not at all. In Tbilisi, Batumi and the main tourist sites you will find people who speak English and Russian, and plenty happy to help.
